Cathleen's Mtn Day Spa is an individually owned and operated day spa that has been serving the community of Red River, NM and beyond for over a decade. I am proud to pamper guests from out of town who come to Red River just to experience the magic of Cathleen's Mtn Day Spa. Cathleen's Mtn Day Spa understands the mind-body-spirit connection, and has treated hundreds of loyal guests to a level of healing and relaxation that rebuilds the self that has been damaged by stress.

I opened Cathleen's Mtn Day Spa after embarking on my own amazing journey of transformation and healing. In 1997, I was overworked and overstressed; caught up in the high paced world of finance. Seeing the toll it took on my life, and the impact that overworking the body and spirit had on my physical health, I decided to study Kriya Meditation. I fell in love with Kriya Meditation right away, noticing how much better I felt. I began to learn the concept of holistic healing and the power of relaxation. I decided to leave my stress behind, and live a life that encouraged others to treat their souls to peace and happiness. After much learning and personal growth, I decided to open Cathleen's Mtn Day Spa.

My understanding of physical and spiritual healing has made Cathleen's Mtn Day Spa unique. I have learned that helping others has further uplifted my own spirit.
